What it does

A pre-build risk review skill that guides founders, product managers, and AI-assisted builders through a compact pre-mortem before implementation. It focuses on identifying the highest-risk assumption, the smallest validation step, and the build scope that should be delayed until evidence improves. The skill provides a risk checklist covering demand, positioning, monetization, retention, trust, distribution, and feature adoption, and outputs a decision-oriented summary with risk verdict, main assumption, evidence to find first, next action, and what to delay. It is intended for use when building new products, MVPs, landing pages, SaaS apps, internal tools, agent workflows, or major features with unclear adoption or impact. It should be skipped for narrow implementation fixes or already-validated changes.
